At LAVIRENA, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please Contact Us and our customer service team will assist you based on your situation.

Return policy

We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging included.

Items marked as Final Sale or non-returnable are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a confirmed product defect, damage, or an incorrect item sent by LAVIRENA.

For returns or exchanges that are not related to a product quality issue, including reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, style preference, or personal fit preference, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order information and clear photos. Once the issue is verified, LAVIRENA will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs when necessary.

Please do not return your package to the address shown on the original shipping parcel. Returns must be sent only to the return address provided by our customer service team. Packages sent to an unauthorized address may not be accepted or refunded.

If you accidentally send an incorrect or unrelated item to LAVIRENA, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that incorrectly sent items can be located or returned, and compensation cannot be provided for such items.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under local law. For customers in the European Union, statutory withdrawal rights apply where required by law.

How do I return an item?

Our support team will review your request and send you the return instructions.

Prepare your package with the item(s), original packaging and tags.

Step 4

Send your package to the approved return address using a trackable shipping service.

For non-quality-related returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. LAVIRENA does not provide prepaid return labels for returns caused by personal preference, size selection, fit preference, or change of mind.

For confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us before returning the product. After verification, we will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs when applicable.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Step 1: Contact our customer service team to submit your return or exchange request. Please provide your order number, the item(s) involved, and the reason for your request.

Step 2: After reviewing your request, we will send you return instructions and the approved return address.

Step 3: Place the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all original tags included.

Step 4: Send the package using a trackable shipping method. For non-quality-related returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND OR EXCHANGE AFTER RETURNING THE ITEM(S)?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

PayPal refunds are typically reflected within approximately 3 business days after processing.

Credit card refunds may take approximately 7–14 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer or financial institution.

Original shipping charges and customer-paid return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the return is caused by a confirmed error or product issue on our part.

Exchanges:

Once your returned item has been received and approved, please allow up to 3 business days for us to arrange the replacement shipment.
